Description:

Sparklinglight Transactions on Artificial Intelligence and Quantum Computing is a peer-reviewed, double blinded, biannual journal, with a strong Editorial Board and a tested rapid review system. The purpose of STAIQC is to contribute to the development and dissemination of knowledge on various Artificial Intelligence and Quatum Computing topics as well as to increase communication among scholars, researchers and practitioners.

STAIQC is an open access journal. All the manuscripts which are submitted, including symposium papers, will be peer-reviewed by qualified scholars assigned by the editorial board.
All the submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical, and will be peer-reviewed. The articles submitted to the journal should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. 

Sparklinglight Transactions on Artificial Intelligence and Quantum Computing (STAIQC) is devoted to fields of Computer Science Engineering with special focus on Artificial Intelligence and Quantum Computing. STAIQC is a peer-reviewed, open access scientific journal, published in electronic form. The journal will publish research surveys, tutorials and expository overviews in Artificial Intelligence and Quantum Computing. Articles from supplementary fields are welcome, as long as they are relevant to Artificial Intelligence and Quantum Computing.

AIMS

Sparklinglight Transactions on Artificial Intelligence and Quantum Computing(STAIQC) is a bi-annual, International journal, published twice in a year (January to June  & July-December) by Sparkling Light Publishers, India , since year 2021. The aim of the journal is to:

  1. disseminate original, scientific, theoretical or applied research in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Quantum Computing.
  2. dispense a platform for publishing results and research with a strong empirical component.
  3. aqueduct the significant gap between research and practice by promoting the publication of original, novel, industry-relevant research.
  4. seek original and unpublished research article(s) based on theoretical and experimental works for the publication globally.
  5. publish original, theoretical and practical advances in all fields of Artificial Intelligence and Quantum Computing.
  6. impart a platform for publishing results and research with a strong empirical component, to create a bridge for significant gap between research and practice by promoting the publication of original, novel, industry-relevant research.
  7. solicit original and unpublished research article(s), based on theoretical and experimental works.

SCOPE

Sparklinglight Transactions on Artificial Intelligence and Quantum Computing (STAIQC) is not limited to a specific aspect of Engineering and Management, but is devoted to a wide range of subfields in the Engineering and Management. While it encourages a broad spectrum of contribution in the Engineering and Management, its core interest lies in issues concerning Artificial Intelligence and Quantum Computing. Articles of interdisciplinary nature are particularly welcome.

The primary goal of the journal is to maintain high quality of publications. There will be a commitment to expediting the time taken for the publication of the article(s). The articles that are sent for reviews will have names of the authors deleted with a view towards enhancing the objectivity and fairness of the review process.

Articles that are devoted to the purely mathematical aspects without a discussion of the physical implications of the results or the consideration of specific examples will be discouraged. Articles concerning Related areas of Artificial Intelligence and Quantum Computing should not be limited merely to a description and recording of observations but should contain theoretical and quantitative discussion of the results.

The editors reserve the right to reject article(s) without sending them out for review. Articles for the Regular Issue of the journal can be submitted, round the year, electronically by using Article Submission SystemThe summited article(s) should cover subfields of Artificial Intelligence and Quantum Computing.
